We’re hiring a Social Media Manager for our small (but mighty) agency with big dreams and amazing clients.

At Confetti Social, we help brands tell their stories through standout marketing. Now, we’re looking for a creative, strategic, get-it-done kind of person to join the team and help us do what we do best: make magic.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

✅ Help own client relationships – be their go-to marketing expert
✅ Create killer content – social posts, short-from videos, copywriting, and the occasional meme
✅ Run social media like a pro – post, engage, analyze, and grow community
✅ Be part of a real team – brainstorm, experiment, and pivot when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
✔ Social media savvy – you know how to create content and drive engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
✔ Client management skills – you’re a confident communicator who keeps projects on track and clients happy
✔ Strong multitasker – you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love wearing multiple hats
