EATS2SEATS is hiring Event Account Leads at the University of Kansas to manage concession operations during high-energy sports and entertainment events. You'll lead a student or part-time team, ensure smooth venue operations, and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Before the Event:
- Work with KU Site Leadership to prepare logistics and assign roles
- Lead or assist with team training to ensure readiness
- Align with EATS2SEATS and venue management on expectations
- Confirm inventory and equipment needs
On Event Day:
- Take point as the on-site leader for your team
- Solve problems in real-time to maintain smooth service
- Support and coach your team throughout the event
- Uphold safety, professionalism, and hospitality standards
After the Event:
- Lead closing tasks including cleanup and inventory tracking
- Debrief with your team and managers
- Submit a quick post-event summary and feedback

Physical Requirements

Schedule
Part-time | Event-based | Mostly weekends and evenings
