Event Account Lead

EATS2SEATS is hiring Event Account Leads at the University of Kansas to manage concession operations during high-energy sports and entertainment events. You'll lead a student or part-time team, ensure smooth venue operations, and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Before the Event:

  • Work with KU Site Leadership to prepare logistics and assign roles
  • Lead or assist with team training to ensure readiness
  • Align with EATS2SEATS and venue management on expectations
  • Confirm inventory and equipment needs

On Event Day:

  • Take point as the on-site leader for your team
  • Solve problems in real-time to maintain smooth service
  • Support and coach your team throughout the event
  • Uphold safety, professionalism, and hospitality standards

After the Event:

  • Lead closing tasks including cleanup and inventory tracking
  • Debrief with your team and managers
  • Submit a quick post-event summary and feedback

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willing to work outdoors and in fast-paced environments

 

 

Schedule

Part-time | Event-based | Mostly weekends and evenings
(Internship credit available for students depending on school guidelines)
