Communications Coordinator
Objective:
Plan, execute, and oversee ABS’s internal and external communication strategies to ensure brand consistency, effective digital presence, and clear communication across teams. This role requires strong bilingual writing skills (English and Spanish), digital platform management, and coordination with the in-house designer.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for content planning and execution, digital platform management, and coordination of key corporate communications. The Communications Manager must ensure quality and consistency of messaging while acting with urgency, organization, and autonomy.
I. Duties:
- Execute the internal and external communications strategy.
- Manage ABS’s LinkedIn account (content planning and publishing).
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Update content on the corporate website.
- Write technical-industrial and corporate content in English and Spanish.
- Support internal communications (announcements, news, internal campaigns).
- Track and analyze key communication metrics.
- Coordinate with in-house designer for visual assets.
- Maintain content calendar across platforms.
- Ensure brand voice and tone consistency in all channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to collect relevant content.
II. Administrative and Technical Competences
- Demonstrates strong bilingual writing skills in English and Spanish, maintaining a clear and professional tone in both languages.
- Effectively manages B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn, aligning content with strategic goals.
- Uses email marketing tools such as Mailchimp competently, creating well-targeted and functional campaigns.
- Independently performs website content updates through CMS platforms with accuracy.
- Excels at content planning and calendar execution, ensuring consistency and timeliness across all channels.
- Understands and applies basic analytics such as engagement, CTR, and reach, using data to inform improvements.
- Coordinates effectively with internal teams and designers, facilitating smooth integration of content, visuals, and project goals.
- Consistently maintains brand tone and message alignment, contributing to strong and coherent communication.
