Business/Operations Analyst
Pittsburgh Fellows is a leadership development program that empowers college graduates as they launch their career and learn to integrate their Christian faith in the workplace. Pittsburgh Fellows runs from September to May after graduation from college. Through our program, Fellows work in competitively paid positions in their field of interest at one of our 50+ partner employers while also volunteering at a local nonprofit organization, living in community with other Fellows and participating in regular professional and spiritual development opportunities.
Pittsburgh Fellows is looking to place an individual as a Business/Operations Analyst with one of our partner employers.. As an Operations Analyst, you will assume some of the following roles and responsibilities:
- Use and analyze data through quantitative research to understand patterns and trends
- Perform data cleanups and document processes
- Review and update reconciliation reports
- Manage and update customer information through CRM system
- Supports systems development teams and business areas as required
- Continuously devise ways to improve team operations
- Provides project management support on initiatives
- Collect and analyze business requirements for project implementations, system enhancements and ongoing maintenance
- Analyze KPIs and performance for products and projects
- Evaluate trends and generate obtainable goals to increase performance metrics
- Produces testing documents and test cases and performs testing as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow in this field/industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
- Access to reliable transportation
