LTOCE: Office of Human Resources - Student Assistant
Assist Administrative Coordinator 4 with daily front office duties including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Filing
- Errands across campus
- Campus mail delivery and pickup
- Communicate with faculty, staff and students in a professional manner
- Greet employees and direct them to the appropriate staff member they need to see
- Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Business/HR major preferred but not required
- Good computer skills
- Good verbal communication and written skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and efficient
- Respectful to office staff and adheres to office dress code
Please note:
- Students must be enrolled at least half-time to be eligible for student employment. Half-time enrollment is defined as 4 hours for undergraduates or 3 hours for graduates. Students who drop below half-time will no longer be eligible for student employment and must cease working.
- Students must have an overall GPA of 2.0 for undergraduates and 3.0 for graduates during their time of employment. First time freshman must have an ACT Composite score of 20 or higher at time of employment.
- Students may work a maximum of 20 hours a work week and are not allowed to work during scheduled class times.
- Student workers will be allowed to hold only one job at a time during the academic year (ex: FWS, Graduate Assistantship, Regular Funds)
- Student workers must have valid identification documents (non-expired passport or driver’s license and social security card/birth cert)
- International students must have current passport, I-94, and social security card
