Role Overview:

You'll be the person behind the curtain, transforming scattered documents and digital chaos into beautifully structured datasets. You'll work closely with a driven, fun-loving executive team that believes in working hard, playing hard, and delivering results. This part-time role is your chance to gain real-world experience in digital content prep, data management, and cutting-edge tech projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tame the digital chaos by organizing and categorizing technical documents into structured datasets.

- Use your inner detective to annotate and label content based on predefined categories.

- Convert unstructured documents into machine-readable formats like JSON, CSV, or plain text.

- Master  data organization with tools like Notion, Excel, and Google Sheets.

- Double-check your work to keep the data clean and mean.

- Collaborate with a sharp, ambitious team to keep everything on track.

Ideal Candidate:

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field).

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data processing.

- A natural problem solver who loves to organize chaos.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to learn.

- Interested in technology, digital content, or data management.
