Student Collaborator - UX, Web Design, Tech, Sales, and Marketing (Real Estate Startup)

🔹 Open Internship Roles (Pick One or More):

🧱 Web & Product Designer
Design and build our website and deal platform. Create calculators, lead magnets, and AI-powered tools to enhance buyer experience.

⚙️ Tech & Automation Assistant
Work with Airtable, Zapier, Make, and Go High Level to build automations, CRM workflows, and integrations.

📢 Sales & Marketing Assistant
Support buyer outreach, prospecting, and funnel management. Help organize leads, match buyers to deals, and nurture relationships through text, email, and social channels.

📝 Content & Social Media Assistant
Create graphics, write social posts, and help develop our brand voice.

 

🔹 What You’ll Gain:

NexKey Collective is a real estate investment startup founded by Kristie and her husband and co-founder, John. We help investors and wholesalers close more creative deals using automation, AI tools, and the power of networked connections.

Co-wholesaling and dispositions of JV partner deals are central to our business model. We’re building an innovative platform that matches the right buyers to the right properties through highly personalized experiences.

10–20 hours per week

This is an unpaid internship. The internship is intended primarily as an educational experience for the benefit of the intern. It is structured to provide training and skill development similar to what would be provided in an educational environment, including mentorship, learning new tools, and portfolio development. There is no expectation of compensation, and there is no guarantee of future employment.
