Position Overview

We're hiring a Mortgage Banker Trainee to join our Tampa office. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to break into the mortgage industry and grow into a licensed loan officer role. You'll receive structured training, mentorship from experienced originators, and hands-on exposure to real-time consumer leads and tech-enabled systems.

What You’ll Do

• Support loan officers by preparing files, communicating with leads, and gathering documentation
• Learn to manage a pipeline and guide borrowers through the mortgage process
• Use our CRM and loan origination systems to track and manage opportunities
• Receive coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance standards
• Work toward becoming a fully licensed Mortgage Loan Originator

What We’re Looking For

• Highly motivated and coachable individuals with a strong interest in mortgage sales
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work full-time in our Tampa office
