  • Exceptionally organized, articulate, and quick-thinking
  • Friendly, confident, and professional in person and on the phone
  • Skilled in sales, patient conversions, and presenting treatment options
  • Loyal and eager to grow in a practice that values long-term relationships
  • Able to juggle scheduling, phones, and patient coordination with ease

 

📋 Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with warmth and confidence
  • Manage phone lines, scheduling, confirmations, and insurance coordination
  • Present treatment plans and explain financial options
  • Track case follow-ups and ensure optimal patient flow
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team

 

🧠 Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a medical or dental front desk role preferred
  • Sales or case presentation experience highly valued
  • Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental/medical software a plus
  • Polished, professional, and hungry to contribute long-term
