Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Support
- Serve as the primary liaison with our email marketing vendor to ensure all campaigns are on schedule.
- Review and approve email marketing content for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality before deployment.
- Monitor and manage the monthly email marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and campaign launches are met.
- Communicate updates, feedback, and approvals between internal stakeholders and the vendor.
Influencer Marketing Assistance
- Help identify and vet potential influencer partners in the Upfluence platform.
- Manage communications with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Track and report on influencer campaign results and engagement.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with content creation for social media platforms (graphics, captions, scheduling).
- Help maintain and update the content calendar.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitive strategies.
- Recommend additional digital opportunities available to us that would generate new leads.
Administrative and Organizational Tasks
- Help organize marketing assets and documentation.
- Support project management tasks to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
