Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison with our email marketing vendor to ensure all campaigns are on schedule.
  • Review and approve email marketing content for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality before deployment.
  • Monitor and manage the monthly email marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and campaign launches are met.
  • Communicate updates, feedback, and approvals between internal stakeholders and the vendor.

Influencer Marketing Assistance

  • Help identify and vet potential influencer partners in the Upfluence platform. 
  • Manage communications with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and follow-ups.
  • Track and report on influencer campaign results and engagement.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with content creation for social media platforms (graphics, captions, scheduling).
  • Help maintain and update the content calendar.
  • Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitive strategies.
  • Recommend additional digital opportunities available to us that would generate new leads. 

Administrative and Organizational Tasks

  • Help organize marketing assets and documentation.
  • Support project management tasks to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
