Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing necessary information.
Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.                                                                       Handle business social media accounts and create content for the pages
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is recommended.
Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
