Part-Time Swim Instructor

The JCC is currently hiring part-time swim instructors to join our team!

This position is ideal for full-time students seeking a flexible and rewarding job that fits into a busy schedule. As a swim instructor, you'll work with children ranging from toddlers to elementary school age, helping them build confidence and develop swimming skills.

Qualifications: Comfort and experience in the water is required & experience working with young children is preferred.

Parent communication
Scheduling and email best practices
Child development and swim-specific instruction strategies
