Position Summary:
Trillium Teamologies is seeking a skilled and experienced GIS Professional (GISP Certified) with a strong background in Cityworks AMS administration to support our public sector and utility clients with technology-driven asset management solutions. In this role, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of GIS-integrated asset management systems that streamline service delivery, improve field operations, and enable data-informed infrastructure planning.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to design and maintain GIS workflows, ensure high-quality data standards, and align geospatial tools with operational and strategic goals. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with opportunities to lead and innovate within Trillium’s digital government and public works modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Cityworks AMS platforms for municipal and utility clients, including workflows, inspections, asset hierarchies, and service request templates.
- Design and implement Cityworks-GIS integrations using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and geodatabase design best practices.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and Power BI dashboards for tracking key performance indicators, work order history, and capital planning.
- Provide end-user training and Tier 1–2 support, including onboarding, documentation, and troubleshooting for Cityworks users in the field and office.
- Configure and support Cityworks mobile applications (Respond and Field Apps) for iOS/Android deployment to support client field crews.
- Partner with Trillium project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure project milestones and customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate with IT departments and client stakeholders to facilitate upgrades, patching, data validation, and integrations with legacy systems.
- Contribute to asset data governance strategies and ensure consistent, high-quality GIS data entry and reporting practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- GISP Certification (GIS Professional) is required.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering or configuring Cityworks AMS (preferably for municipal, utility, or public sector clients).
- Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools for operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of public works or utility asset types (water, sewer, storm, transportation, facilities).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government modernization projects, including CMMS implementation or GIS infrastructure design.
- Prior work on asset migration projects, including QA/QC, GPS field collection, or conversion from legacy systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA integration, mobile GIS applications, or work order process automation.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid SDLC approaches.
