Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Officer based in New York City. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, coordinating marketing activities, communicating with team members and clients, and supporting sales initiatives.

Your role will blend strategic thinking, execution, and aesthetic sensitivity to strengthen both our digital presence and real-life customer experiences.

Key Roles
Marketing & Content
-Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and special events.
-Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media, email marketing, and additional brand channels.
-Write creative, conversion-oriented copy that reflects the brand’s authentic, empowering voice.
-Coordinate the production of visual assets (reels, photography, videos) in collaboration with the creative and design teams.
-Execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, maximizing ROI and strategic reach.
-Work closely with the e-commerce, sales, and inventory teams to coordinate cohesive promotional actions.
Metrics & Data Analysis
-Track and analyze key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, open rates, bounce rates, and sales.
-Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, and Meta Business Suite to obtain actionable performance insights.
-Produce biweekly or monthly performance reports with clear improvement recommendations.
-Detect customer behavior patterns, identify best-selling products, and evaluate performance by geographic location and channel.
-Apply a data-driven mindset to make informed and agile marketing decisions.
Retail & Customer Experience
-Develop visual and promotional materials for physical stores and activations (flyers, signage, in-store displays).
-Align marketing actions with the sales team to drive foot traffic and elevate the in-store customer journey.
-Clearly and attractively communicate the unique Charm Bar experience and the benefits of personalized jewelry.
Email Marketing
-Design visually appealing, segmented email campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo.
-Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, send times, and layout formats to improve performance.
-Maintain a clean, segmented, and continuously growing subscriber list.
Public Relations & Private Events
-Research and build relationships with organizers of corporate, editorial, social, and fashion events that align with the brand’s image.
-Propose creative activation ideas for special events, pop-ups, boutique experiences, and B2B collaborations.
-Oversee logistics and brand presentation at events, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality execution.
-Cultivate strategic relationships with influencers, stylists, media outlets, and aligned lifestyle brands.
Trends & Brand Integrity
-Stay updated on fashion, retail, social media, and consumer behavior trends.
-Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all brand communication touchpoints.
-Support local positioning efforts as the brand expands into new markets (such as San Diego), adapting messaging and tactics as needed.
-Your creativity, strategic vision, and attention to detail will directly shape how our clients experience and fall in love with the brand.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Hourly Rate: Full-Time: $23–$30/hour
(Rate determined based on experience and schedule)
