📲 Position Summary

We are seeking a Paid Intern to join our Social Media Department and hit the ground running. If you’re obsessed with content, engagement, and growth—and you’ve got the tools to prove it—this is your chance to join a fast-growing team and work directly with live client accounts.

This position is for someone who knows what it takes to build and grow social media communities while working with modern content creation tools.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content (posts, captions, hashtags, images, videos)
  • Upload pre-made videos and creatives across multiple platforms: YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, X (Twitter)
  • Use Sprout Social or similar tools to manage posts, queues, and engagement
  • Research current trends and implement best practices for visibility and virality
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and optimize follower interaction
  • Maintain brand voice and tone across all platforms
  • Report weekly on performance and ideas for improvement

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience building and managing social media pages
  • Knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, X (Twitter)
  • Ability to write compelling captions, identify effective hashtags, and schedule content
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media tools
  • Social media portfolio or sample work demonstrating follower growth and engagement
  • Reliable, self-motivated, deadline-driven
