What You’ll Do
- Draft and process Subpoenas Duces Tecum and Notices of Production from Non-Parties
- Coordinate with medical providers and third parties to request, follow up on, and secure vital records.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to keep case files progressing through discovery and litigation.
- Sort, scan, and distribute both physical and electronic incoming mail
- Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed.
