Data Quality Leader

Data Quality Leader (Full TIme)

Adonai Alliance Home Care is a mission-driven organization that helps older adults and individuals with disabilities remain in their own homes — where they want to be — instead of moving into institutions. We believe in dignity, independence, and compassion. Our team is made up of passionate caregivers, many of whom are Spanish-speaking, who make a difference in people’s lives every day.

We are embracing technology and looking for someone to lead data quality efforts that help our care team thrive and grow.

(Note that this job is being posted by Ankota LLC - a software partner of Adonai Alliance, but the employer will be Adonai)

Why This Role Matters:
This is more than a support job. As the Data Quality Leader, you'll be a key part of improving how we deliver care. You'll help make sure our electronic visit system (EVV) works smoothly, that our records are accurate, and that our caregivers are supported — especially those who are less confident with technology. When you improve our data, you help us grow, recruit better, and provide better care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn how our business works, including scheduling, timesheets, care plans, billing, and payroll.
  • Use and support our software tools (Wellsky, Ankota, Sandata) — full training provided.
  • Spot and fix data issues (like name mismatches, incorrect Medicaid IDs or dates).
  • Support caregivers who have difficulty with clocking in/out using EVV systems.
  • Review visit data to ensure accuracy and find patterns that can be improved.
  • Build dashboards and reports to demonstrate improvements over time.
  • Provide IT support in our office (like helping with Microsoft 365 [WORD, EXCEL], email, connecting new printers and making sure that the internet is ok)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who believes in our mission to help people live independently.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English required (Haitian Creole a plus).
  • Strong computer and Excel skills.
  • A patient and compassionate communicator — especially with caregivers who may be intimidated by technology.
  • A continuous improver — someone who wants to fix things and make them better.

Work Schedule:
Part-time: 40 hours/week, flexible within 9 to 5 Monday through Friday
Primary location: Lynn, MA
Occasional visits to Lowell, MA required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
