Position Overview: As a Product Manager Intern at Fluid, you'll play a vital role in our e-commerce team. This position offers hands-on experience in product management, project management, and quality assurance within a fast-paced tech environment. You'll help shape our user-facing experiences and ensure they deliver exceptional value across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of product features and improvements across our e-commerce offerings, which includes website and mobile apps
  • Coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and facilitate clear communication among engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Test, iterate, and ensure quality assurance of new designs, templates, and mobile features before release
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
  • Research and analyze user experience trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of visual design systems and mobile user experiences

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Eye for design and user experience with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
  • Familiarity with product management and project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality visual and interactive experiences
  • Interest in themes, page builders, mobile app development, and responsive design
  • A proactive mindset and passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces
