Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Stay committed to success with a strong work ethic every day.

What We’re Looking For

  • People-oriented, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic setting

Key Expectations

  • Comfortable making at least 100 outbound calls per day or engaging in 8+ Auto Conversations daily.
  • Understand that we are risk managers focused on Auto, Home, and Life insurance in every conversation.
  • Willingness to be coachable, learn continuously, and meet weekly activity goals based on effort, not just sales.
