Front of House Manager

We are looking for a FOH Manager to lead our FOH team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that the studio delivers an exceptional experience to every guest and team member. Balancing leadership, organization, and initiative, this role is both hands-on and strategic.

Position Details: 

Job Type: Full Time 

Location: Tampa, FL- On Site

  • Compensation: $50,232 (salary)
  • Reports to: Studio Manager
  • Shifts:
    • 3 AM shifts/week
    • 1 PM shift & 1 weekend shift every other week
  • Hybrid: On-site for shifts; admin hours are split between in-studio and remote work as needed.

Responsibilities:

Front of House (FOH) Leadership & Team Management- 

Scheduling (Homebase)

  • Build and maintain weekly FOH staff schedules.
  • Account for time-off requests, shift coverage, and optimize staffing during peak times.
  • Communicate schedules and adjust in real time as needed.

1:1 Meetings

  • Conduct monthly or bi-monthly meetings with FOH team members.
  • Provide feedback, set goals, and document outcomes and next steps. 

Training/Workshops

  • Organizing and leading training sessions to align staff on best practices, new procedures, or brand standards.
  • Refreshers for existing staff or specialized skill-building sessions.

Development/Roadmaps

  • Working with leadership to identify hiring needs based on coverage gaps or business growth.
  • Creating hiring timelines and role descriptions.
  • Planning development tracks for current team members (i.e., FOH to FOH Lead, Lead to Manager).

Hiring & Off-boarding

  • Participating in the interview process, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Making decisions around off-boarding or termination when necessary and handling with proper documentation and care.

Operations & Administration– 

Studio Communication & Coordination

  • Attend weekly manager and team meetings.
  • Maintain prompt and effective communication via WhatsApp.

Daily Report

  • Complete a summary of key events and important updates each day and distribute it promptly to the team.

Email Management

  • Respond to client inquiries via info@sukhaclub.com within 12 hours.
  • Resolve issues or escalate when needed, always maintaining a warm, professional tone.

MarianaTek Management

  • Manage updates to client and staff profiles.
  • Issue, refund, or troubleshoot memberships, packages, and credits.

Procedure & Binder Updates

  • Keep internal process documentation up to date.
  • Reflect new workflows and policies promptly and clearly.

Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage stock.
  • Track usage and proactively place orders.

Storage Organization

  • Maintain organized and labeled storage areas (closets and units).
  • Implement systems for easy access and regular audits.
