Job Title: Development Coordinator
Paris Angel Foundation provides resources for families after the death of a child or pregnancy loss. The resources provided are to help families begin the healing process in hopes of providing them with a positive future. Families also have the opportunity to apply for free counseling sessions based on a financial need. We hope to help any family that has experienced the death of a child within the United States and may need assistance. Our team values are to respect and to support by expressing compassion for each individual needs whether that person is struggling mentally, financially or both.
Summary:
The Development Coordinator position will assist with several administrative tasks providing support where needed. Some of the administrative duties will be assisting the fundraising, marketing, and public relations departments. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be highly motivated, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a remote position and you must live in the United States. The Work Schedule is flexible.
Some of the Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with campaigns and other fundraising communications and strategies.
- Data Entry
- Proofreader/Editor (spelling/grammar) for promotional material as well as helping develop promotional material
- Helping with social media outreach
- Maintaining the upkeep of databases
- Assisting with scheduling
- Community Outreach
Preferred Qualifications but still can be considered if you do not meet all of them:
- Do not have to have a college degree yet
- College degree also does not have to be in a certain field for the position.
- Strong data entry skills. Salesforce or other similar database software programs experienced a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and internet/website use
- Experience in social media and organizational posting
- Great organizational and planning capabilities
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines while delivering high-quality results
- Experience in publication and material design and layout work using InDesign is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of social media tools and website management
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and complete tasks with minimal direction
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and being highly organized are a must
- Must have a very positive attitude
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Must be a fast learner
- Typing speed of 50 or more is a plus
