Position: Indoor Air Quality Inspector / Mold Assessor

 

 The individual will join our team of statewide indoor air quality inspectors to perform indoor air quality and mold inspections of homes and businesses using various sampling methods and technologies. They will take samples and create protocols of how to properly remediate the property.

 We're looking for a driven, team-oriented, and enthusiastic candidate who is eager to learn and grow with the company. We want to find individuals who have a passion for helping people, an eye for detail, and teamwork skills that will help make our team the most recognized in the state. If you are motivated, trustworthy and meet our requirements we would love to have you join the team. After being hired the candidate will be trained and state licensed via Air Quality Experts to perform mold assessments in the state of Florida.

 

Requirements:

• 1 of 3 following requirements

  • Environmental science or related field bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in mold assessments or inspection
  • Licensed as a mold assessor in the state of Florida

• Be able to lift 50 pounds plus

• Have a Florida driver’s license

• Live in Florida

• Self-motivated and trustworthy

• Communicate daily with customers/coworkers/remediators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting rate begins at $50,000 salary after state licensure

Schedule: Day shift

 

Work Location: Inspection sites change daily
