Office Environment (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate:
Hourly (W2 – SGS Payroll)

Job Overview:
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in Supply Chain Management for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Experimental Operations teams to coordinate the procurement of experimental parts for various projects including feasibility builds and durability testing.
This position offers a great chance to develop practical experience with supply chain coordination, procurement, and inventory systems like SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage requests for experimental parts via a shared work queue
Coordinate ordering, delivery, and receipt of parts and materials
Communicate regularly with Engineering, Supply Management, and Experimental Operations teams
Create and update Material Masters in SAP as needed
Execute Material Movements and extend material views within SAP
Ensure accurate tracking of material quantities and delivery status
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Fields such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Mathematics)
Candidates with relevant work experience or current students able to work 40 hours/week are also encouraged to apply
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and formulas)
Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively within a team environment
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SAP
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
