What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Voyage Management Trainee, you'll gain a deep understanding of how commercial vessels operate—learning everything from how the business works to how oil is shipped around the world. You’ll support the commercial management of vessels and coordinate with crews, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You’ll start by learning the basics and, over time, build the knowledge and skills needed to step into more advanced roles in the company.

In This Role, You Will:

Learn how the global shipping industry works

Get familiar with our client’s operations, policies, and systems

Use specialized software to support daily operations

Visit ships and learn about their equipment and functions

Attend meetings and industry events to build your professional network

Work with real teams on real operations that impact global trade

Who We’re Looking For:

Recent graduates with a degree in Shipping, Transportation, Logistics, Business, or a related field

Clear written and verbal communication in English

Comfortable working with numbers and data

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Team player who is eager to learn and take initiative

Organized, professional, and enthusiastic

Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software

Interested in the maritime/shipping industry

Job Details:

Full-time, entry-level role based in Houston, TX (City Centre)

Hybrid schedule offered after training; first few months in-office 5 days/week
