Digital Marketing Intern

As the Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for helping the Communications and Marketing team shape the voice and visibility of AACSB across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This position will assist in content creation and social media management as well as video and multimedia editing. This position supports global brand campaigns and events. This position will also assist in analytics and research of the methods used to contribute to strategic initiatives. This position is an ideal opportunity for a student passionate about social media, video storytelling, and digital content creation to contribute meaningfully, while gaining real-world experience working in a purpose-driven, international organization. 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: 

  • Assist in planning and scheduling engaging content for multiple social media platforms. 
  • Assist in monitoring engagement metrics and audience insights.  
  • Contribute to social copywriting and visual storytelling strategies.  
  • Edit short-form videos for multiple social media platforms (e.g., interviews, brand reels, promotional teasers).  
  • Apply AACSB branding and style guidelines to video and motion assets.  
  • Collaborate with the team to storyboard new video ideas.  
  • Support promotion of AACSB and campaigns across platforms.  
  • Assist with copy and design content related to social initiatives.   
  • Contribute creative ideas to increase reach and visibility among student and business audiences. 
  • Track social performance using native insights and tools like Meltwater. 
  • Research industry trends and best practices for platform growth and engagement. 
  • Performs duties in accordance with AACSB International’s Mission and Values. 

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Currently in their junior year or higher, pursuing or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field  
  • Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube for a brand, club, or business utilizing digital marketing and advertising tools  
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar)  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for crafting compelling, engaging and valuable content  
  • Basic understanding of social media metrics and content planning  
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong visual eye  
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and excited to work in a collaborative team environment
