About the Role

The Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient’s journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases.

We are seeking a Physican Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team in our Glendale clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
  • Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
  • Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
  • Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

Position Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with active and unrestricted state licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting; experience in women's health or OB/GYN strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to autonomously triage and manage complex OB/GYN cases with sound clinical judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and comfort working in a fast-paced clinical setting.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range:  $100,000-$125,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
