What You’ll Do

  • Website Refresh: Support a modern refresh of our website (design updates, layout improvements, content clarity). No complex coding needed.

     
  • Social Media Launch: Set up and manage our business presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.

     
  • Content Strategy: Build a cohesive content plan and brand identity across digital platforms.

     
  • Post Creation: Design and schedule branded content (images, reels, stories, etc.) that speaks to our community and services.

     
  • Basic Analytics: Track performance and help us learn what resonates and where we can improve.

Role Details

  • Type: Part-Time / Freelance (5–15 hours per week)

     
  • Location: In-Person & Remote hybrid — must be local to Tampa, FL and available weekly for in-office filming/photo needs

     
  • Start Date: August 1st, 2025 

     
  • Compensation:

    • Flat monthly rate (starting at $400+, based on experience)

       
    • Performance-based bonuses tied to growth and engagement

       

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in or near Tampa, FL

     
  • Available weekly in-person for content gathering

     
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in:

    • Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media/Film, PR, Digital Media, or related field

       
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and basic video/photo editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar)

     
  • Experience working with websites (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or similar platforms)

     
  • Passionate about visual storytelling and authentic branding

     
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently

     
  • Comfortable with light guidance and clear communication

     
  • Excited about helping small businesses grow online in a meaningful, approachable way
