Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational ServiceNow experience who are eager to grow their technical and functional skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.

Support development of workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform configurations.

Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform testing, documentation, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and enhancements.

Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing platform maintenance.

Learn and apply ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working on ServiceNow development or administration.

Familiarity with ServiceNow platform fundamentals (ITSM modules preferred).

Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is a plus but not required.
