Entry-level Bilingual Software Tester

Type: W2 Contract

Location: Plano, TX - Fully onsite

Summary: We are seeking an Entry-level Software Tester local to Plano, TX to join the team of our global client. This role requires English/Korean speaking candidates who have a bachelors degree in computer science or engineering, and are looking to start and develop their career.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in CS, CE, and EE
• 0-3 years of experience in wireless industry preferably in Wireless Technology Mobile QA (Please note: Zero to Three years)
• Preferred to have experience in Smartphone SW/HW QA life cycle, test plans, test executing, reporting results and regression tests
• Preferred to have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of wireless technologies including GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE/5G and/or exposure to RF network engineering
• Preferred to have in-depth knowledge in messaging features including SMS/MMS/RCS and its underlying signaling messages
• Preferred to have in-depth knowledge in IMS features including VoLTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/VoNR and basic understanding in OTA signaling messages
• Strong and effective interdepartmental communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of client and staff
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication (verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
• Works independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. Perform to complete tasks and objectives that are clearly defined and guided by supervisor.
• May require business trips and additional hours of overtime work as business demands
