In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for prospective students and their families - leading campus tours, helping with large-scale recruitment events, and sharing what life is really like as a Bronco. Main Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Lead engaging and informative campus tours for prospective students and guests
- Support large-scale Admissions events like Bronco Day and Discover Boise State
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Represent Boise State with professionalism, positivity, and pride
Job Details
- Compensation: $12.50 per hour

Hours: 8–20 hours per week
- Must be available to work occasional Saturdays (about once a month)
- Shifts are typically from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, Monday-Friday

Minimum Requirements
We’re looking for students who:
- Are passionate about Boise State and excited to share their college journey
- Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Can balance multiple tasks and adapt to new situations with ease
- Thrive in both team environments and independent work
- Are open to learning, growing, and receiving feedback
- Show up with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Are in good conduct standing with the university
- Are physically able to lead walking tours (~2 miles) in various weather
