Law Clerk

Essential Duties:

• Work under direct supervision of a seasoned trial attorney
• Prepare discovery motions and meet and confer correspondence
• Prepare motions in limine 
• Prepare trial briefs
• Prepare summary judgment motions and oppositions 

Required Skills and Experience 

• 2nd or 3rd year law student, or recent law school graduate 
• Excellent grammar, typing, transcription and writing skills
• Preferred top 100 law school with desire to take CA bar exam
• Successful candidates will be considered for associate position upon successful passage of California State Bar Exam and satisfactory completion of law clerkship.
