Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Your Impactful Contributions (Responsibilities):
- Ensuring Regulatory Adherence: Executing quarterly audits for all California clients.
- Designing & Delivering Transformative Training: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and deliver highly engaging training programs for state and local juvenile probation departments.
- Orchestrating Training Logistics: Manage all aspects of training delivery, including scheduling, classroom and audiovisual setup, and participant coordination for an optimal learning experience.
- Assessing Program Effectiveness: Implement robust evaluation and assessment methods to measure program outcomes and determine the true impact of training initiatives.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on expertise, encompassing corporate or professional training environments.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, meticulous organization, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), web browsers, and conferencing software.
- The patience and adaptability to travel routinely and excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
