Part-Time After School Counselor
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Part-Time After School Counselor will serve and assist in leading a group of youths, ages 5-11, in day-today nature and STEM-based activities under the Nature Rangers at the Ranch After School Program. After School Counselors will assist in providing a fun and safe environment for the youth in their assigned group. Nature Rangers at the Ranch provides 10 months of after school care with a variety of group activities, sports, games, art & crafts, and daily hiking. Care runs from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, concurrent with DSISD schedule and some CODS holidays. Part-Time staff are scheduled for care up to 25 hours per week. The After School Care season runs from early August to late May. This is a part-time, seasonal job.
