YOU:
Hungry, learning machine, interested in sales and wants to join a rapidly growing startup with learning the ropes of high-ticket B2B sales.
You've done 100+ hours of research into sales already (devoured books and quality YouTube videos) and now need an outlet to start applying it and hone your skills.
You'll work alongside our executive team on sales, operations, and other projects to grow the business. No fluff, no BS, no wasting time - just helping with organization and execution of projects that will push the company forward while teaching you core skills.
You'll get enough direction to start, with free reign to add your own creativity and ideas as you grow more comfortable.
US:
ShipBots is an eCommerce fulfillment (3PL) startup that has been growing exponentially year over year. We are gearing up for our most exciting season of the company and need help scaling our infrastructure, sales, and some operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Hands-on working with our sales team
- Increase close rates of clients by implementing sales strategy we have more consistently
- Analyze + use data to drive sales strategy and decisions
- Draft emails and messages designed to thoughtfully close clients
- Will give you clear direction to start
- Responsibilities have room expand as you work with us further
REQUIREMENTS:
- College student
- 100+ hours of sales self-education to date
- Can work independently and execute
- Comfortable with using AI tools
