Executive & Creative Assistant to Founder (aka Right Hand)
Location: Austin, TX – at a luxury high-rise (6G access) + other local downtown areas
Type: Part-time or full-time, in-person - will work around school schedule, flexible
Compensation: Based on experience — massive future upside. Be open to starting low to get your foot in the door. I have done many things free in my life, to get where I need to be today. That being said, I am a fair person as well. This is more on teaching you more than school ever could, and to intertwine yourself into my personal high level connections, events, and life. A future opportunity to a great career. Some travel may be free and included in the future!
Overview:
This is not your average job. This is a hands-on, immersive opportunity to shadow a multi-business founder actively building an 8-figure company (with 9-figure goals). If you’re organized, ambitious, and have a mind for marketing, business, and social media — this could literally change your life.
You’ll be based out of my high-rise in Austin, TX (Unit 6G), with exclusive access to amenities, connections, and behind-the-scenes insight into what it really takes to scale. (Like.. you can use my cold plunges, saunas and pool when I am there in between our work).
You’ll work alongside me daily — in meetings, coffee shops, walks, and work sprints — helping bring structure to chaos, managing tasks, and learning everything from operations to content to execution.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media:
Upload & schedule content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Track engagement, brainstorm captions, manage posting flow
Admin & Ops:
Organize email & calendars. I am all over the place, I have so many companies and things going on.
Take notes during meetings or brain dumps
Manage daily task lists, documents, and logistics
Personal Support:
Help with errands, organization, and apartment-based tasks (not required, but a plus if open).
Act as an extra set of eyes and hands when needed
Business Development:
Research ideas, competitors, tools
Support product launches, email outreach, partnerships
Learn how to build systems and think like a founder
Who You Are:

🔥 Ambitious and craving real experience, not just titles
📱 Familiar with social media platforms and tools like Canva & Google Suite
🧩 Intuitive — you can sense what needs to be done without always being told
💪 Willing to hustle early on for long-term reward
👟 Comfortable moving fast and thinking on your feet
