Title: Brand Marketing Intern
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Catrice Cosmetics Brand Director
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Social Media (Instagram, FB, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
- Community Management
- Responding to all comments/DM’s
- engaging with the beauty community to establish Catrice as a trusted beauty source
- Partnership Scouting
- Find like minded brands to do partnership collabs and social giveaways with
Influencers
- Micro-influencers (Earned)
- Actively scout micro-influencers on social media, with the objective of creating brand advocates + getting looks (UGC) for us to repost
- Aim to send out about 15-20 product bundles per week to micro influencers
- Track micro-influencers we send product to & their posts in spreadsheet.
- Keep master PR list up to date; tracking address changes, adding new influencers, deleting old ones, etc.
Affiliates
- Manage LTK gifting program
- TikTok Shop Affiliates
- Find relevant beauty affiliate partners on TikTok and seed product
- Send Targeted Campaigns to high potential affiliate partners
- Recommend top performing affiliate content to team for future partnerships or usage in paid media campaigns
Trend Scouting
- Weekly reporting on top beauty trends, creators, and new product launches
Competitive Reviews
- Prepare quarterly competitive reviews to be presented to the entire Cosnova USA Inc. team
Office Admin
- Organize and keep the product closet up to date, order product when needed
- Send out all packages for Catrice team
- Assist with keeping front hallways clear of incoming packages
