岗位职责:
1.负责机构存量客户维护和新客户拓展,为客户提供专业的投资管理方案;
2.保持良好的客户关系,负责所辖范围内客户的需求分析、问题解决;
3.协调公司资源,做好客户服务工作和需求挖掘,与团队协同完成绩效目标。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,金融、经济相关专业;
2.能胜任公开演讲、沟通协调和组织能力优秀。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining existing institutional clients and expanding new clients, providing professional investment management solutions for clients;
2. Maintain good customer relationships, responsible for analyzing customer needs and solving problems within the scope of jurisdiction;
3. Coordinate company resources, do a good job in customer service and demand mining, and collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or economics;
2. Capable of public speaking, communication and coordination, and excellent organizational skills.
