资产-本部-运营管理

岗位职责：

1.负责投资结算相关工作，确保投资交易的资金划转、清算交割等流程准确、及时完成，保障投资业务的顺畅运作；

2.承担投资核算任务，准确完成受托投资组合和发行各类产品的日常估值核算、月结、年结等相关工作；

3.管理各类投资账户，包括开户、销户、信息变更等，确保账户信息的准确性和合规性；

4.协助处理TA（注册登记）相关事务，如份额登记、分红派息等，保障份额持有人权益的准确记录；

5.参与运营流程的优化，支持运营数字化转型，提升运营效率和风险管理水平。

任职要求：

1.硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、财务管理、数理统计等相关专业优先；

2.具备良好的财务分析能力、数据处理能力，熟练使用办公软件及财务软件；

3.细致严谨，责任心强，具备较强的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力；

4.具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够与团队成员及其他部门有效协作；

5.对金融行业有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力，能够快速适应新知识和新业务。

Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for investment settlement related work, ensuring accurate and timely completion of fund transfer, clearing and delivery processes for investment transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of investment business;
2. Undertake investment accounting tasks, accurately complete daily valuation calculations, monthly and annual settlements, and other related work for entrusted investment portfolios and the issuance of various products;
3. Manage various investment accounts, including account opening, closing, information changes, etc., to ensure the accuracy and compliance of account information;
4. Assist in handling TA (registration) related affairs, such as share registration, dividend distribution, etc., to ensure accurate recording of the rights and interests of share holders;
5. Participate in optimizing operational processes, support digital transformation of operations, improve operational efficiency and risk management level.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, with priority given to majors in finance, economics, accounting, financial management, mathematical statistics, or related fields;
2. Possess good financial analysis and data processing skills, proficient in using office and financial software;
3. Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, possessing strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments;
5. Have a strong interest in the financial industry, possess strong learning and stress resistance abilities, and be able to quickly adapt to new knowledge and business.
