Qualifications
- Junior or senior in an accredited degree program in Marketing or Business
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Skilled at content creation (design, social media, short-form, etc.)
- Knowledge/Experience using HubSpot is preferred but not required
- Meta Business Suite and/or Google Ads preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of finance required
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and a collaborative spirit.

- Compensation of $16 per hour
Responsibilities
- 15 to 20 hours per week
- Collaborate with marketing strategist and other professionals to generate demand and promote brand awareness
- Designing and ordering promotional materials
- Data collection and analysis through Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Research and schedule events to be included in the events calendar
- Create a monthly content calendar
- Regular posting on social media according to the content calendar
- Assist marketing strategist in writing business development follow-up copy as well as speak to prospects as needed
- Update materials to ensure clients and partners are aware of our solutions
- Assist in meticulously tracking all outreach activities to measure ROI, identify best practices, and set goals
- Assist in the creation of written content for marketing channels
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Assist marketing strategist in the planning and hosting of in person events
- Draft marketing related emails for events and promotions
