What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

DSPs work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to:

• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Provide support in homes, workplaces, and community settings.
• Encourage self-expression and advocate for personal goals.
• Foster inclusion by supporting participation in community activities.

We’re Looking for People Who:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Are 18 or older with reliable transportation.
• Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license and auto insurance with required limits of $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury & liability limits.
• Are compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference.
• Are willing to help with lifting, transferring, and physical assistance when needed.
