Data Analyst
An innovative fintech company based in New York City is seeking a Full-Stack Data Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of their growing data ecosystem. This role will support both operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll work alongside engineering, product, and business teams to build reporting systems, generate insights, and shape the company's data infrastructure.

๐ Build dashboards, write SQL queries, and deliver actionable insights
๐ ๏ธ Create and maintain reporting pipelines using dbt
โ๏ธ Support data platform improvements and tools for decision-making
๐ค Partner with cross-functional teams to meet complex data needs
๐ Ensure data accuracy, document datasets, and develop scalable systems
๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ Respond to product and business data requests with clarity and speed
๐ Understand the complexities of mortgage servicing and financial processes
โ Requirements:
๐งช 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, preferably in tech
๐พ Expert-level SQL required; Python is a plus
๐๏ธ Hands-on experience with dbt and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex)
๐ Worked closely with data engineers to scale infrastructure
๐ Proven ability to apply data insights to real-world business problems
