Marketing Associate

Job Description:

OMNIWave™ is a fast-growing medical technology company, and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and tech-savvy recent graduate to join our marketing team. This is an exciting entry-level role for someone who loves content creation, enjoys working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney, and wants to help a growing brand make a big impact.

You’ll be hands-on in building campaigns, improving our social media presence, developing marketing assets, and helping us move fast with smart, AI-enhanced execution. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with other marketing and sales leaders.

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling content for social media, blogs, emails, and web
• Use AI tools to accelerate and improve content creation
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns that reflect our brand voice and vision
• Work with the team to improve CRM workflows and email marketing (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Spot inefficiencies and help make our marketing and sales operations more streamlined
• Contribute creative ideas and support strategic projects across departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with examples of content
• Comfort using AI tools for content and workflow improvements
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn across marketing functions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passion for health, tech, and helping a growing company scale fast
