
Strength and Conditioning Coach Intern
About the Internship:
Rebel Sports Performance is seeking highly motivated interns who are passionate about athletic performance and coaching. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and coach in a private training facility working with middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes across sports (with an emphasis on baseball).
Interns will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a high-performance gym and gain practical coaching experience, guided by a curriculum rooted in the training systems of Mike Boyle and Eric Cressey.
You Will Learn To:
Coach movement with confidence: cueing, corrections, and engagement
Apply principles of progressive overload, movement quality, and regression/progression
Assist with warm-ups, movement prep, speed & power drills, and strength sessions
Build and present a complete training program as part of your final capstone
Operate in a high-accountability, competitive training environment
Ideal Candidate:
Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related major-however all majors are welcome
Strong work ethic and genuine interest in coaching
Experience in athletics or coaching preferred but not required
