
Project Manager
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and collaborative Project Manager to lead day-to-day coordination and keep the team and stakeholders aligned on schedule and deliverables.

Responsibilities
Coordinate team schedule, meetings, and deliverables to align with the City’s timeline
Serve as primary point of contact for internal team communications and City staff correspondence
Draft and circulate agendas, meeting notes, and progress reports
Support public engagement activities, including planning and tracking outreach events
Maintain project trackers, Gantt chart, and task assignments
Help ensure deliverables are accurate, accessible, and submitted on time
Monitor DBE/ESBE compliance documentation and project files
Assist in preparing final presentations and materials for City Council and public audiences
Qualifications
Based in Northern New Jersey
Current student or graduate in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and keep a team on schedule
Comfortable working independently and collaborating virtually
Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Excel, Asana, Notion, or other task/project management software
Interest in transportation safety, equity, or community engagement is a plus
Prior experience managing a project (academic, work, or volunteer) is a plus
