Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and accountable Coach to join our OsteoStrong family in Colleyville, TX. The ideal candidate will work well both individually and in a team setting, demonstrating flexibility in business systems, valuing our customers and team, and appreciating biohacking, health span, and longevity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional coaching and support to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adapt to various business systems and processes.
• Utilize CRM and AI tools to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in adapting to different business systems.
• Preferred knowledge of but not required CRM, AI, and business software.
• Commitment to valuing customers and team members.
• Appreciation for functional medicine.

Additional Requirements:

• Additional preemployment job requirements will be identified during the hiring process.

Position Type:

• Part-time, range of 6-18 hours per week.
• 4-6 hour shifts
• Tu 9AM-6PM. We 9AM-6PM. Thu 9AM-3PM. Fri 8AM-1PM. Sat 8AM-1PM.
