About Us:
MK Place is a licensed inpatient substance use treatment facility for teens, operating under the Bannock Youth Foundation, a respected non-profit that has served Idaho youth and families for over 40 years. Our Direct Care Staff play a critical role in our mission, working closely with teens to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment during a pivotal time in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:
As a Youth Supervisor, you’ll serve as a mentor and role model for teens in recovery. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing 24/7 supervision and ensuring resident safety
• Participating in and leading recreational and therapeutic activities
• Cooking and basic cleaning duties
• Supporting behavior management and conflict resolution
• Documenting observations and daily behaviors
• Collaborating with clinical and support staff

What You’ll Gain:

Qualifications (Required):

• Must be at least 20 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass an enhanced criminal background check
• Willingness to work weekend shifts
