Travel Advisor - Remote Role in Hospitality & Tourism

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically prepare, plan, and facilitate travel sales, encompassing airlines, car rentals, cruises, hotels, and activities. 
• Process client payments efficiently and securely. 
• Ensure the provision of all necessary travel documentation to clients both prior to and following their trips. 
• Deliver outstanding customer service, establishing a positive rapport with clients. 
• Build and maintain productive relationships with travel partners and vendors. 
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment. 
• Remain informed about current trends and policies in the travel industry. 
• Complete necessary certifications and ongoing training in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. 
• Access to a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet connectivity. 
• Proficient in effective communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to make well-informed travel recommendations aligned with client interests. 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. 
• Familiarity with computer systems and internet usage. 
• Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
