We are on the lookout for a highly skilled CNC machinist programmer ready to step into a dynamic role. Compensation and Schedule:

  • Compensation: $28 per hour
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Expected Weekly Hours: 40 hours
  • Employment Type: Temp-To-Hire through Referral Staffing Solutions

Role Overview:

The CNC machinist programmer will program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines to manufacture precision parts. Responsibilities include interpreting complex blueprints, optimizing machining operations, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining quality standards. You’ll also help improve processes and mentor junior machinists.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in precision machining and strong programming skills using G-code with systems such as Fanuc, Mazak, and Haas. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred. The ideal CNC machinist programmer brings mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented production setting. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.
