AI Specialist 

Location: Remote / PROJXON IT Team Reports To: IT Team Lead

Job Summary:

The AI Specialist at PROJXON will play a key role in developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and improve user experiences. This role requires collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and project management teams to ensure AI technologies align with business objectives and ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Development & Integration: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across PROJXON’s IT and support functions.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize AI-driven analytics to extract meaningful insights, supporting strategic decision-making for market research, recruiting, and cybersecurity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in IT support, project management, and cybersecurity functions.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with IT leadership, cybersecurity specialists, and project managers to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Ensure AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance PROJXON’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI development, machine learning, LLM’s, prompt engineering, or automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
