Our team leverages local market expertise and direct-to-seller relationships to source exclusive investment opportunities for buyers seeking value-add properties. We provide streamlined solutions for homeowners and investors looking to make their next move in the real estate world.
 

Responsibilities:

• Selling Deals
  • Send Wholesale Properties to the buyers list based on their buy boxes, write property descriptions
  • Call buyers to follow up after send outs
  • Email Blast, SMS Blast, Facebook groups, etc.
• Property Showings
  • Show wholesale properties to buyers/buyers contractors
• Qualifying/Adding Buyers
  • Add Buyers to the personal buyers list in our CRM
  • Reach out to potential buyers and qualify them for our buyers list based on their buy boxes
  • Going to investor meet ups
  • Skip Trace local investors in specific areas
• Agent Outreach
  • Reach out to agents/realtors that work with investors to help sell properties (agents get paid directly from their buyers)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is desired not required
• ​​​​​​Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated
• Strong Communication Skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
